The Speed Channel is also covering the race. I don't think it is on for 24 hours but they have the Start, Finish, transisition from day to night and transisition from night to day. I have it all set up on my DVR

Audi's had a rough go of it already. Glad both of their drivers are ok.

Ya two of three cars totaled before the halfway point... And by totaled, I mean freakin' destroyed. Amazing that no one was hurt. The first one I was sure that some media folks were going to get taken out, and the second one, well lets just say that I have never seen a car come apart like that before.

Yeah it was pointed out later in the race that that one wheel was straight-up airborne for about 3-4 seconds and came right down about four-five feet from a photographer. Pretty incredible...

It was at least that long. The car crashed, the debris was settling, and then a tire falls into the shot from above. Both crashes were very lucky to not have been more serious, and it just shows how safe these cars really are. Two crashes both at well over 150mph, and both drivers got out of the cars with little more than a big headache and possible concussions.
