Yeah it really depends on what it will cost. That said faster than 4.9 0-60?? So they are making it on par with the 335i? And still with the automatic, and no stick, idiots!

thats just an estimate, the IS350 has been tested at 0-60 in 4.9s thats with 305hp so (my gosh) this car will be low-4 sec 0-60.

I hope to goodness that the traction control will let the drivers have a little fun.

I can't believe this many of you don't like it. I think it looks great. Congratulations Lexus for stepping outside the boring box and doing something a little fun looking!!

Perhaps it's a tad overstated in styling, but I like it overall. If the new tranny proves to be a good one (I find the current one has too much lag), I could see myself in one in couple years. Its 0-60 is probably well understated.

I'd take everything with a grain of salt until Lexus gives official words, but the article did say, "...along with a special button for a new three-mode version of VDIM, Lexus's stability control system. Like similar systems from BMW and Cadillac, the driver can chose from a full-on stability mode, a sport mode that allows for some hoonery, and a full off mode that opens the flood gate for full drift action."

I like the BMW M Cars and the Audi S cars and even to some extent the Cadillac V Cars because they're subtle... That brake vent behind the front wheels, and the super bulged hood aren't that subtle...

I'm sure it'll be fun, interested in trying that 8 speed transmission.
