Default License plate that comments on Bangle

On a black 750 pre-Bangle-ized BMW on GW Parkway this morning:

Funny thing is all the previous generation bimmers were also designed under Bangle and most people are clueless.

Who was the chief designer when the Z4, E60 5 series, and E65 7 series were developed? Chris Bangle.

Who was the chief designer when the E36 3 series, E46 3-series, E39 5-series, Z8, Z3 were developed? Yep. Chris Bangle.

He had been the chief designer since 1991 until he got promoted in '04.

Unless the 7-series you saw was a 20-year old E32, it was most likely DURING BNGL.

I admit I didn't know that. In that case I could have misinterpreted the plate.

Maybe it stood for B4 Bungled instead?
