I think it comes in a titanium silver(forgot the exact name) and black.

so this is the one with the M5 motor used to homologate it's usage in the AMLS and other gt races? Is this coming to the states?

Not really feelin the rear "duck bill" spoiler in the trunk. I think the regular E46 M3's ass looks better, but I wouldn't mind.

Like the rims much better. I've heard they're lighter than regular E46 MIIIs...what do they weigh in at?

No, it uses a tuned version of the S54 engine used in street E46 M3.

It's basically to BMW what the NSX-R is to Honda, and the GT3 to Porsche.

CSL = Coupe, Sports, Lightweight.

They cost like 20K extra in the UK. So, around $80K here if they ever come to the states.
