Honda has been doing this with their motorcycles for a long time. "Balloon" payments are heavily in favour of the manufacturer. You basically make interests payments on the principle for all those years. At the end, you will be unpleasantly surprised to see just how HUGE the balance still is. Those lower monthly payments will eventualy cost you BIG money.
