Why the change? Like the way RWD drives over the AWD? If I were buying an SUV I think part of the reason would be supreme practicality and I'd want AWD..

So you finally pulled the trigger. Great choice on the color too
I love my FX35 so I am sure you will love the EX. Great looking car.
Quiet exhaust, nothing the aftermarket can't fix
Give us an update of how you like/dislike the EX after some time in the seat

The streets are a mess today, sloppy and the temps are rising. I do want to drive it but I think the 3M is more important. I get 3 months of free XM radio, but I have to program it. It is my opinion this car has to many fun features for the normal person. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
The AWD system is not full time AWD, just when you need it. This car is rearwheel drive unless you need the front.

Took some more pictures. I took it for a short drive today as it is cold and the roads are relatively clear. The break in is 2000 KM and no hard breaking, so that means just a little spirited driving fun. It really wants to go but I want to break it in properly.
I think I need get used the vehicle, but at this point I find visibility when shoulder checking is a bit of a challenge. The mirror's need to be adjusted better I think, and just get used to a new feel.
I think I am babying the the breaks, but I find them a lot softer than my BMW, so it is a matter of driving habit change maybe.

Hondagal, you are going to your EX. I have 36,000 miles on mine. For combined city hwy driving I have a 23 mpg average. Did you get the Stone interior or the Tan? Mine is Stone and I had the dealer change out the dash from wood to the Black/Aluminum combination.

Much better than the abortion called Venza.
The Venza is in a different class then the EX. The Venza is about twice the size...
