Nice videos
The second one was a little strange...like some kind of music video featuring the S2000 and the Miata. I do like the PRHT on the Miata though.

 

It seems like so long ago when the C5 debuted that it's hard to remember a time when the NSX was the sports car to emulate. I distinctly remember seeing a video interview where one of the designers specifically stated that some of the design cues were taken from the nsx. I will see if I can dig up a link:>

Here's the S2000 CR and my Miata running together @ Harris Hill Road. It's a long video, so if you want to skip to the action, try approx. 4:24 when I pit in to bring the CR out to play. Then @ 16:00, I slow down and pull over to let the CR in front so I can get some chase footage. Around 22:50, I'm on my cool-down lap when my buddy comes by in his new Spec Boxster. I suspected it would be a futile chase since he's much more experienced at this and has a dedicated racecar, but I thought it would be fun to at least give it a try. Since this was taped, I've added RX-8 sport sway bars, which really flattened out the lean in the corners. I can't wait to see how it does on the track this Saturday.
