That's a grand under a 'good deal'. I have an 06 black 636, bought it with 1800 miles and an extended warranty private party sale for about 6k a year or so ago.

No complaints about the bike whatsoever except the front end is a little squirly but that's probably my fault a good portion of the time.

well i picked her up on saturday and got it down to 4 g and it has 6k on it from her riding it around for 2 weeks before i picked it up

Watch some of the superbike on TV right now or on youtube, the race in England was most recent unless I already missed one. When they get on the gas or brakes too hard the bike sqirms and twitches. An extreme example would be when a bike goes in to a tank slapper.

Although not as bad as my 954RR, the front end is a little delicate. Like I said, if you don't ride hard (like more so than you should on the street) you probably wouldn't notice. For what it's worth, I still don't have a steering damper so I guess I'm not that concerned. Didn't have one for my 954 either so maybe I'm just stupid.

I think steering damper is one of the best upgrade for sport bikes.

Damper would probably help with that. How are your fork springs? Bearings? Tire pressure? Disks worn even? Pads?
