I like the adobe leather in the bottom pictures. But the whole model does nothing for me.

Thanks for the link. It looks like they've extended it to compete against the Audi Q7. It even has the same back-up camera the Q7 has with the technology package.

In looking at the pictures again, it also has the third row seating.

protokultur - most people who are in the market for a luxury SUV (who aren't just buying a brand name) do not really compare the Cayenne to other SUV's. The Cayenne is a different animal, and most people who buy it are simply purchasing it because it is a Porsche. In the real SUV market, people are looking more for comfort - that's where the Cayenne loses out.

i think BMW got it right this time around.... 360hp v8 and a 260hp v6 and a lot of goodies. I loved the first one and this one doesnt seem so banglized. But the rear doors does seem awfully large. I wonder what engine will go in the M verison that isnt called an M. The IS verison I mean. I would love to see this in Imola Red.

I love it. Always liked the X5 and this one is even nicer. Great job overall. Beefy wheels/tires, nice interior, great exterior (very little Bangle influence, thank God), and should be decently comfortable for a small to midsize family.

I'm into it. I like the shifter idea. Of course it'll probably cost 10 grand more per trim level than the last one...
