Don't tease me with images like that. That's just not very nice.
Come to think of it though, it makes sense to bring back a updated version of the AE86. Toyota is crying out for younger customers - they're average age of buyers is making Buick's crowd look young. This would be the perfect car to do that with.
I'd buy one, as long as they kept it within the same spirit as the original - lightweight, RWD, tossable and inexpensive.

reminds me a bit of an audi/vw....definetly has a "euro" look to it...maybe the wheels, color or grey cladding. dunno....doesn't look bad though. Doesn't look special either...which I guess is the point.
