Yeah right, the vette is in the garage, but I drove this on an impulse and fell in love. I was planning on an S2k, but Ive already had one of those plus my wife likes these alot.

Supercharged six speed, 26k miles, but its like it rolled off the showroom yesterday, perfect condition, new 18' wheels with brand new tires. (Are radius wheels any good? Ive never heard of them).

Its slow as balls, but Christ, this thing feels like it would hammer an F1 car on an off ramp. Its ludicrous. Im loving it.

those minis are actually pretty roomy in the front too. parking those suckers are so easy too.

 

1/4 mile they're slow as piss (high 15's IIRC) but only due to FWD and the supercharger running out of steam. For daily driving, compared to any other stock non-V8 vehicle, it's top notch! Good friend of mine has a black/white '05 Cooper S with an Alta intake and Flik Wasp 17" wheels....little bugger is badass! That damn s/c kills me around town, but once I can open up my S it's bye-bye Mini!

Congrats. My fiance has an 04 Mini Cooper S. Its a nice car. Handles great and is fun to drive. Pretty slow when compared to the S though. She absolutely loves the thing.

 

i went to go test drive a cooper s with my gf and ended up falling in love with the way that it drove. only if the thing wasn't so damn cute.

 

I love those little cars. They are by far IMO the most fun FWD cars available in the states. It's hard to drive one without a smile on your face.
