I saw a new E55 ad last evening.

Started out with a monster chasing a woman around the house causing havoc (much like a Capital One Credit Card Ad).

The woman is then able to get the monster back under the hood of the E55.

She then comments to her spouse that he left the car unlocked again.

 

Some don't like the commercial, I happen to think its one of MBs better ones.....its different.

But, I don't recall MB doing a TV spot for an AMG car before (first time for everything).

As hot as the car is, I don't think they are flying off dealers lots.

 

Yeah, with the price tag of $80,000 plus and the recession.

 

I've seen it a couple of times in the last couple of days and was suprised to see an ad for an AMG car.

 

Wasn't there one for the M class? where five guys are on a giant sling shot and the voice over says "there are quicker ways for you and four friends to travel"?

 

I had the rare privledge to park next to the BEAST!







If Mercedes would only lower the price a bit for me (okay, a lot) and I would baby her and give her a nice home to live in.

 

I think the newer mercedes designs look rather horrid. I much prefer our 300SL's design.
