Even IF it weighs 3700# I bet BMW will gear it to haul the bacon. i'm excited to see what the actual performance and price of the new M3 will be. I dont care for the hood bulge but, I will wait to judge the styling until I actually see it in person.

I think the aftermarket will help the looks of this car a ton but I think BMW could have done a much better job. I certainly won't be trading my E46 in on one...I would rather pick up a 335 coupe as it has more mod potential.

To be honest I like all of the colors posted other than the ho-hum silver that it was presented with.

I LOVE it. It's a beautiful car. Blows that riced out IS out of the water.

Looks much better in other colors than silver as they show fewer lines.

I actually don't mind the hood at all. It is the front and rear bumpers that I find to be too busy and F&F'ish. YMMV

I love it, love the silver, and think it makes the old M3 look, uh... old

Love the orange and white!

Estimated weight is 3500 lbs (per Car and Driver), so it isn't really gaining...

On a second note, the lower line on the car is messed up.

See how it doesn't flow through the door, but rather starts at the rear seam of the door and travels back to the rear fender? It keeps making me think that they forgot to do the last forming operation on the door...

I seriously keep thinking "What's wrong with the door? It looks misaligned or something."

after further reflection, i do think they have too much going on in the back bumper... front bumper is borderline, but livable...

regarding the lower line, i agree... but that is the exact same line from the regular 335 coupe...
