Next Hands-On Project Car!
I love the S2000... the car is "low-tech" enough and there's such good advice, DIYs, and support on s2ki.com that it's been a lot of fun working on the car.
In the past few years, I've gotten braver and started doing the mods myself... heated seats, stereo, gauges, aftermarket traction control... kiddie stuff and not heavy wrenching, but fun as a hobby. I like taking things apart and putting things together. Especially the electronics.
The S2000 is modded out pretty much the way I want it. With the completion of the traction control, I don't have anything else planned.
CLICKY for my MOD list
So... time for a new project! Since we got the RS4, the S4 just sits there in the garage. Especially since the Racelogic Traction Control on the Honda works so well... nobody drives the S4 anymore.
I'm giving it to my parents next week.
In exchange, I'm taking my father's old TL and trading it in for my next project!

There are marvelous websites out there with Rover enthusiasts who have logged DIYs and tips on common "annoying" problems. For example: things like the air suspension bladders often need replacing... $80 and one hour if you DIY. $300 + labor at the Stealership.
Looking forward to the next "hobby" vehicle!
