It's going to weigh more than the Z06 with less power from a fancy V6 motor, not even a nice inline six like the old GT-R or Supra.
Don't even know why you have the Cayman S in there. It's so underpowered, it's not even funny.
Z06 all the way. I've ridden and driven a C6 Z06 and it's an unbelievable car.

If this comes out as an Infinity brand then I would feel they are trying to challenge the likes of BMW, Porsche, etc.
And for the die hard car folks maybe they will offer a Nismo Tuned version that is more performance oriented and lighter on it's feet.
And the Nissan VQ35 is based on a proven platform that screams performance.
And if you throw FI into the mix then you got something. This motor has plenty of potential as seen in the 350z, and G35 hell even the Altima SE-R.

I think Nissan is pricing is a bit too high though. Also, I don't think it will have the looks to play at that price. I say it should cost $48k tops: it should outperform the Z for sure, but I just don't see it outdoing a Z06.
If they throw some interesting, useful tech in, then I could see it going up some in price justifiably.
If Infiniti gets a version of the car, it will have to be markedly nicer to justify its own surely higher cost, meaning it will probably need to come with a small displacement V8.

Well I'm hearing conflicting things but when it was on the cover of Car and Driver I think...... They said it was going to be an Infinity here in the U.S.
