Top gear did a drag race of an NSX vs C6 DB9 and some others... NSX beat the C6.
There is also a BMI video of an NSX Type R vs 911 turbo, Gallardo and Muliargo (or whatever the M lambo is spelled). The NSX kept up and had the lead till it over heated.

Well again my def of a sports car is handling and SPEED plus rwd these days. The s2k has them all

I guess using YOUR definition, we would have to exclude the E-Type, the MG-B, the Austin Healy, etc.

I have decided to trade my '92 NSX for an Elise. I have gravitated more towards a true track car. I know I will miss the refinement and smoothness of the NSX at times. I drove an Elise a week ago and the deposit is down and the NSX is for sale! I've never driven a car as engaging as the Elise (except for the Skip Barber formula Dodge). I drove an '02 NSX for comparison, it's just as fast but not near as exciting. I may be back for the HSC if it ever happens, but for now, Elise is
the sh*t!. I'm keeping the S2000, BTW .

If you don't mind, and you have the time, would you please briefly describe your take on the pros and cons of S2000 vs. NSX. I keep debating back and forth as to whether or not I should sell the S2000 and go with an NSX but this is the third or fourth time where I've read of an owner of both selling their NSX but keeping their S2000.
I think as long as there are real enthusiasts at Honda, they will probably continue to build sportcars like the NSX. Even the CEO was (at 59) was reported cruising in an F1 car at 181 mph.
