Don't forget that it has perfect weight distribution. It is not unreliable at all and, in 1994, was God's chariot for the year. It is the best car evar!

the FD smokes cars costing two and three times as much with limited mods (and looks damn good doing it) and was picked over the NSX in at least one track shootout

hopefully Mazda can employ some lessons learned and build a superior next generation with the 1.6L rotary...until then, I will happily enjoy surprising not a few Mustangs, Vettes, 350Zs, and Caymans

QFT. The RX-7 is one of the greatest sports car ever made, although I don't know that I'd call it God's chariot - he prefers GT-Rs.

Even with the all of the hicups a properly working RX-7 is pure sex to drive....

Wouldn't God prefer to drive a chariot built by Christians? Perhaps a European car, like a Ferrari?

believe it or not, I've rolled several 600s, and won...literbikes, forget it, but the "power to weight" argument doesn't hold much water during a 70-120 mph freeway roll because, as you approach triple digits, it's all about Cd and hp; the FD Cd is excellent, while bikes suck
