SRT-4 with ACR package will not out handle your S2K. Tell him then toss a bag of skittles in his face.

Meh. It's still the most capable 2 seat roadster (some might even say sports car) this side of a Boxster S or Z4M, and has been for 7 years. That's gotta count for something.

Solstice GXP and Saturn Red Line aren't out yet, we will re-evaluate when they get here.
What about the elise?

BTW, WTF where are these infamous "twisties?" got a mapquest link or something?
No kidding. Sometimes it pains me to be associated with riceboys that say crap like, "Yeah, your car may be faster, but I could take you in the twisties." WTF.

Really? I always considered the Elise a roadster....and the exige a coupe. Kinda like the Viper RT/10....I've always heard people refer to it as a Roadster.

I guess it can be argued that using my theory, the NSX-T would also be a roadster, which it certainly aint. I guess I'm so used to seeing the Elise with the top off all the time.

Oh, and isn't the Elise sub $45K? My friend bought his new for less than $50K....

True roadsters have ragtops (the Elise doesn't), and do NOT have fixed rear windscreens (The Elise/NSX/Del Sol, etc does).

I think the RT/10 isn't technically a roadster, because of the fixed rear windscreen thing as well, although it's closer to one than the Elise/NSX because at least the screen drops (right?).

Doesn't that worthless bag of crap Steve Winters go over stuff like this? I hate that mo fo.

Hahahahaha!! Steve Winters...what a waste of money. Atleast we got to watch Ronin. We were his first class when he started teaching. Swore to god he came in with the same outfit every week. Running pants, green polo shirt, grey socks and birkenstocks. We also noticed that he automaticaly gave all the Product majors B and trans majors A. Dick. But the Elise DOES have a ragtop...well, kinda.

As far as the RT/10...it doesn't drop but is removable.....Does the Del Sol drop?
That douchebag gave me the lowest grade I ever got at ACCD, and I swear he wouldn't have known my project if I keyed it into the side of his mitsu eclipse. I would've loved to get a B... (or at least what I deserved...) *wooo-saaaah*

I think the rear windscreen on the Del Sol drops . Still not a roadster though

I personally also believe that roadsters should be penned from the ground up AS roadsters. Anything else is just a convertible. I hate it when people refer to the Corvette, TT or 350z convertibles as "roadsters" .
