Parking Tools
The unfortunate part is that many, if not most, of these people have been taught through experience that if they don't take some sort of extraordinary means to protect their cars, some moron will put a ding in it for them. I find that parking at the extremes of the lot usually works as hardly anyone will walk 3 feet further than they absolutely have to. If people showed a little respect for other's property, we would probably see a decrease in this sort of offensively defensive parking activity. Something else that would help would be slightly wider parking places. Not everyone drives a Miata.
Still hard to figure that Jeep though.

Working downtown sucks, because you can't park far away and all the stalls are super small. It's a tight squeeze keeping my S between the lines. I will rarely drive it to work. Mostly just on fair weather fridays.
