Congrats on the purchase! Great DD and it'll move when you want it to.

Ha !! No the car is not haunted. Was a 2 yr. lease by a local Rhode Island resident. After the winter they just had, he realized it wasn't going to work for him and traded it in a year early on an x5. I think the location of the car had a lot to do with the price I was able to get it. They move mostly xi's and x's because of the weather. Because of this there was little interest in the vehicle, or any area close to Rhode Island where someone would make the trip up to get the car.

If I didn't take the car, they were basically going to be wholesaling it for essentially what I paid, or a little less. Told me if I really will make the trip up there, they would hold it.

I don't think the price is that far off though from some others that are out there. A BMW dealership only 16 miles from me has the same vehicle in a color combo i did not want for $1k more, but that car is not a CPO.

Congrats! Nice color combo.
A friend of mine has a 330i with the same color combo and I loved it!
Enjoy your new ride!

This is why I would never buy a brand new car unless I'm filthy rich. You save almost $10k on a car that is less then one year old with only 11k miles.

i wonder is anyone here getting a GTR? I was probably close but I don't prefer to pay mark-ups.

half the time I still wonder if I should have got the GTR instead of the M3 but the real world price difference is a lot.

I believe June (unless there is a delay) but I gave up on the GTR idea mainly cos its not a $70K car but (real world $93K car).

I do agree the GTR is a better car than the M3 (all around performance). But I got POed at all the Nissan dealers wanting +$20K. I could have got a GTR this summer but $25K more than the M3 was more than I wanted to spend.

Likely I won't need more than 414 hp since the S2000 has been OK with me for 5+ years. Also initial tests of the M3 0-100 less than 10 seconds is quick to me. I know the GTR less than 8 seconds is blazing quick but the speeds I drive the M3 is likely ideal.

Did you order one, then? If so, what did you order? I looked at a sedan at the dealership and really liked it (haven't driven it yet, though).
