Saw where a Ford GT with only a 2.7 pulley, air filter and SCT tune made 625 hp and 596 torque at the wheels. Sounds like fun to me.

yeah download the video at IMVfilms.com. it pulled on a 100mph trapping wrx like you would not believe.

 

Sounds reasonable. Nothing surprising with that Lyshom blower and solid 5.4L block. I bet it would be a BLAST to drive. Imagine the 4th gear pull in that beast.

Carrera GT pulled 578 whp stock. They are looking to make a exhaust & ECU tune for it.

I've heard the stock Ford GT will do ~550 whp. The rumor was the stock engine was actually producing around 600hp (depending on atmospheric conditions). Ford, like GM, was just being conservative with their ratings.
