quick TSX question~Re: LSD
I just bought the car last week and my salesman didn't know what the LSD was...
Since my car is on break-in period, I can't try to find out if it's not an open diff.
I'm subscribed to many car magazines and read about TSX lots of times... but usually damn magazines (except import hotrod magazines) never mention about limited slip on most cars. I guess having it or not doesn't make much difference?
anyway, my car has VSA (stability control?).. so I was wondering if both LSD and VSA can coexist without fighting each other..
thx

The TL 6MT has LSD and VSA...
If you want an LSD, you may be able to use one from the latest ITR or new Civic Si or Accord Euro R. The car could certainly use it.
Since they're all helical type, I'm not sure which one has the highest torque transfer ratio from side to side, I would think using the one from the Euro R if that's possible would be best.

As much as I truly like the TSX, (talked my ex g/f into getting one) it really doesn't have enough power for an LSD, especially considering that most owners aren't going to be thrashing them through autocross courses.
