RS4 or E90?

Will the RS4 be available in wagon trim? If so, it'd be a great car for the wifey (and not so shabby for myself, either

Were I BMW, I'd be shitting my pants at the new Audi competition. They are offering a fantastic car with loads of potential and performance. I also think the RS4 looks better than the E90 M3.

Every day I see an Audi/Mercedes/BMW with a brake light always lit, etc. If you are going to lease the car, it's a toss-up since mainten

Moff, UK prices aren't the same as US prices with straight exchange rate. For example (I believe) the C6 vette is over 40K pounds which would be $70K US while in fact it's really under $50K US.
Also I've seen with Porsche prices in pounds vs dollars they are not directly the same.
We'll just have to wait and see, but over $70K US is more than double the price of a A4. The S4 costs just mid-$40s US so to go from mid $40s to mid $70s is a HUGE step. Also (I think) Audi is vewed in the US as a step lower than MB and BMW.

I'd pick my E46 330i ZHP over my higher horsed B5 S4 with a chip and that's with the S4 having a 100HP advantage. I know the RS4 will be a hefty 3700lbs or so, therefor that 14HP advantage will be nill. The BMW was just much funner to drive period.

I'd take the bimmer. It doesn't have AWD so it should be lighter as its pretty much always been lighter then the S4. The audi would probably get the jump from a dig, but the bimmer should catch up in the middle. The audi may have a few more ponies but AWD also has greater power loss.
Either way you get a kick a$$ car.
