Supra all day every day. I love the RX7, but given the chance I'd go Supra hands down.

I used to have a 94 twin turbo supra and I would say go for the rx7. I found the supra to be too big and heavy.

to me RX7 is more exotic car. better looking, rotary engine good interior...etc. however good luck finding a tuner for it and if it breaks down and need some parts where are you going to get that? if you can get your hands on some of the very limited versions of RX7 then i would jump on it. i dunno if i will mod it though since it is collectors car. but those are supar hard to find.

Supra for a straight line car, bigger power potential and much more reliable.

It's virtually impossible to legally import and register cars that don't meet the 25 year exemption. You can easily ship a car here but getting it to clear customs and be released to you is a different story. Why risk being scammed for cars available here.

I lived in Japan for a few years and did the research to get a car back, I pretty much got to know the ins and outs of the import laws.

I actually read about an RX7 with a 2JZ in Import Tuner. They said that in was damn near inpossible to fit and once it was in, the hood still didn't close all the way. Not to mention that is a heavy a$$ motor in a little car.

Im actually not sure how he plans on doing it.
I think by the time im ready to buy, in about 2-3 years, i can get a 92 version of either cars, and it meets the 25 year law.
The actual car itself is also cheaper in Japan than here. But thats before shipping and other fees of course.

Ive seen LS1's into RX7's but if I would get one not to sound cheesezy, F22 on nice turbo, perfect combo
