S2000 to Cayman. Pulled the trigger.
if you would like the warranty, you can get the original Porsche short shifter, I have heard that it is the same as B&M short shifter.
I bought the B&M short shifter kit in my CS and it made a day and night difference.

I installed the Porsche OEM short shifter, it made a helluva big improvement, and at the time at least was the only SSK that came complete, so you could return it back to 100% original if you want.
If you have a Bose stereo, I recommend stuffing the sub w/ pillow stuffing (and cap it if you can). It will make your bass sound a lot tighter for only a few bucks and a little time.

Ga, the exhaust on the Cayman is much louder and visceral than my stock s2000. I would say it is louder that the S2000 even after I installed the HKS. You know almost exactly where you are in the rev range at all times. Road noise is relatively subdued, as it is a coupe, so is wind noise. Wind noise dissuaded the wife from the Boxster S.
Nich, taking some pics tomorrow at the beach. Thanks.
Chris, we need to chill for a month on anything related to vehicles. I am certainly into a SS though. Anything to get the shifter closer to the S2000.
