Is the s2000 a chick car? 350z owners seem to think so.

I think it's more of an old woman's car. Seriously, I'm not making fun of S2000's, but in my town, I can estimate 70% of people who drive S2000's are old women and wives.

 

Around here, if anything, the S2000 could be considered a young asian guy's car.

But that my350z.com thread is just a bunch of car X owners talking smack about car Y on an Internet forum...not really a rare occurence. There are plenty of similar threads on S2Ki as well. Not gonna bother me in the least.

 

Is the S2000 offered with an auto tranny? Not. The Z is.

I rest my case.

A generalization of sorts perhaps but a deciding factor when many "chicks" go shopping for a car.

I don't even know where the hatred between cars came from? just because their in the same price range and performance numbers? Two totally different cars. One has a mass produced V6 and the other has a handbuilt 4 cylinder. One produces a shit load of torque, the other doesn't produce enough torque to make a self propelled lawn mower move. One has is a hard top, the other a convertible. I just guess 350Z owners that complain about S2000s and S2000s that complain about 350Zs just have small penis's and need to get over it.

I like the 350Z, my best friend has one. Him and I trade cars all the time. I love the car, but I love coming back to my car as well. Sorry, but I had to interject with my comment.

P.S. this had been covered so many times... my fingers are getting arthritis from all of the 350Z vs. S2000 threads.

I don't think I've ever seen a girl behind the wheel of an S2000.

And most Miatas I see have men behind the wheel, too.
