If you even want to know, the S2k isn't the car for you.

Depends on the driver, but the S2k should win.

not to sound mean, but i agree with christople- if you are concerned with straight-line speed, then get something other than an s2k. I have driven dozens of cars that are faster than the S, but I can only think of one car that is more fun to drive (elise).

A modded GTi may be faster, but then again, so is a modded fox body mustang...

The turbo S2000 GTI running 22 psi with exhaust will be faster than the turbo GTI S2000 on stock boost.

GTI if it's from a roll to about 100ish mph. Depends a lot on what type of mods the car has (2.5" or 3" catback or turboback, chip or mbc, etc..). All other situations the S2000 will be faster..

Hmmm, I wonder if you're this guy:

659 YN 04 Honda S2000 97.735 81.433 72.275 (72.275)

If so, this was me at the same event:

303 SM 04 VW GTI 69.422 68.549 O/C 66.547 68.368 (66.547)

Now what was that about not being so good at posting good times??
