OP.....

I am not going to bash you doing what you want to your car or call it rice. Everyone has a right to customize their car in a way that makes them happy. I would just say that for what it will cost you, you will probably regret it in the end. I'd say save the money for your next ride.

Is it really a targa? Any of those targas on your list have rear windows that roll down? Not one. You, my friend, have a convertiable.

No offense to you, OP, but as the owner of a Honda, I've been introduced to ricers online and offline many times... I've heard dumb ideas spew like toxic from non-S2000 and even some S2000 owners as far as modifying their vehicles go... I've seen ugly body kits installed on Civics that would make a baby ...

But you, sir, with this idea of converting your del sol into an S2K have taken the cake.
Happy birthday.

Don't do it . I suggest you save the money and mod the Del Sol so it's faster. In a few years the money you invested would not be worth it. S2k's will be more than affordable by the time your finish with your schooling.

Give the kid a break. The s2000 del sol conversion does look sick if its done right. I don't see the need to try to take the s2000 5 lug tho... Make power before you worry about something like a 5 lug conversion. But everyone is right, s2's will be much cheaper in time. Have fun with you del sol and up grade when your done with school. Nothing can compare to the real thing.

Soooo.... a bunch of work and money later, for an extra lug for the wheel.... for what? I don't get it.

While we're on the subject:
