Lol.. None. Per dollar the s2000 is better than all the cars listed.

Unless you need the room, everyone of those cars are a downgrade (except the m3).

I'd say nothing can come near the value of S2000 especially when you mentioned "no kids".
E46's are getting pretty old, lots of 01-03 cars to be had under 20K with around 100K miles. I found a SMGII 01 in good shape with 80K miles for ab out 14K but couldn't stomach the SMG.

I traded my S2000 with a friend who that M3 (for a weekend), I did not like it all. He actually down deep like the S2000 more too, but he needed a back seat. Felt like the M3 was going to stall a stop. Kept kick my left foot forward thinking I needed to clutch! I bet the newer stuff is better.

If i had about 20k for another car, id look into an FD RX7, 06' IS350, or another S2k.
