I really like the new genesis coupes. I thought It'd be cool to have one of those as a DD/gt car that can be nice for long trips. Idk, I think it's a pretty cool looking car. PLUS, if you get the 2.0T you can throw a BOV on it and make super loud PSHHHHH sounds constantly lol I say this because a couple around here are like that and they sound awesome. Exhaust sounds cool too

Sounds like the 8th gen civic si sedan fits the bill the best from what you listed. Even though they are fairly slow, I guess not much slower than an na s2k, they are still pretty fun to drive. Has a similar feel to the s2k. Of course not as raw or as fun etc but does have a nimble feeling to it still.

I don't get it. Virtually every car in your list is a step down from the s2000.

And you left out max budget/price, probably the biggest criteria when choosing a car.

I don't get it either. Again: S2000!

Another vote for Fiat 500, used Abarth's can be hand for near your max price and they'll still have a warranty and be newish cars. You really need to drive different cars to see for yourself.

"preferably >14k" - that means over $14K.
