Saki,

If you go back to the first part of the thread, ZX-10 first brings up the word 'FD.' Here it is:

"turbo Miatas make me lol...it's the FD bastard stepsister, the car looks incredibly gay to me."

So, because ZX-10 trashed my thread, you close it and blame the closing on others escalating the flame wars? He called the Miata gay, effectively insulting every person who owns a Miata and you side with him?

WTF is this forum coming to? I'm really getting sick of this shit. If s2ki doesn't do a better job of moderating, it's going to slide into hondatech status in short order if it hasn't already.

Thanks for closing my thread.

He probably doesn't get banned because he is a paying member.

Quik,
It's the internet. Don't let it bother you - life's too short. If it bothers you taht much, put him on ignore and you'll have better quality of life.
FWIW, I believe that Miatas started the Japanese sport car movement of 90's and 2000's. There would not be S2000 without the Miata.

after feeding the troll in multiple other threads, i finally just realized i was being an idiot and put him on ignore.

i completely agree though, he's always the instigator and has caused about a dozen threads to get closed recently. i'm not really understanding the 'others escalating' bit.

I did read the thread and this is true.

On topic QUIKAG, great vids! I have never driven a C6 on the track (very impressive on the road but that is not the same...) so I would like to ask, have you tried driving it more as a momentum car like the S2000/MX5? I mean later turn in and braking a bit earlier to get better exit speed and so forth?
