School me on the MB B200
My wife's lease is coming up on her Suzuki Grand Vitara.
And I'm eyeing the MB B200 Turbo with the sport package. Anyone have any seat time in a B class? I'd like to hear your thoughts.
Thanks guys.

I've 'sat' in it, and it doesn't seem too bad.
Let's see now, I've driven the old A class, and I did not like it. The interior felt cheap, the automatic gearbox was very Smart car like (i.e. you come to a stop, want to turn right and accelerate, and the gearbox would be wheezy on you, not giving power until a a second or two later... terrible if you wanted to get on the road before the guy coming from the left gets to your position).
So when the new A and B classes came out, I was actually surprised that not only did they look better from the outside (a little meaner... better looking headlamps, beefier), but the interior too seemed better (with higher quality materials used throughout, better dash layout, nicer touch, and even more room which was already quite good in the previous A class).
Technically, the beefier the engine, the better 'automatic transmission' response would be as well, so the B200 should begin to feel quite alright to drive (stop/go traffic and the like).
Also, the forums haven't really mentioned all that many problems with the new A and B classes, so what MB mentioned about them working harder to keep defects out of their products, must be true. In fact, having been to MB dealerships since they came out, I don't recall ever seeing an A or a B class being repaired in their hangars (you still see a number of older E, C and ML classes... oh dear).
I'd like to give it a go one day...
Sorry, can't be of more help there.

Some B-class info:

I'm actually a little surprised that the Diesel B200 has better poweroutput (both HP and torque) then the petrol one, and dramatically lower fuel consumption. So you might want to look at that instead of a petrol one. The turbo version of the B200 does however reach ~190hp, but with a little lower fuel economy then the non turbo petrol one...
Diesel engines have come a long way, and they don't make the same rattling sound and noxious fumes thanks to advances in technology...

That's a pretty sweet car you guys get there. I wish it was offered here. Looks nice and a practical ride. Kind of looks like a mini-R class.
I saw one when I was in Grand Cayman last week. Very nice looking car. The A-class is too small for my tastes, but the B-class really hits the spot.
