Its nice and clean and all but I like the blue or black 94-97
I can buy a race ready one for 5k but it will have higher miles. But if I end up doing a swap in a few years who cares right?

Either way it would be a great chassis to build on, u know its 1 owner and low mileage so it will have a lot less wear and tear on all of the parts.
check out this video, I love how 2 people just lower the MIATA on to the engine, in most swaps its the other way around LOL.

Considering these cars are good for 300k easy I wouldn't worry too much about the miles, I would be more concerned about accident history then anything else.

Gotta be a miata buying guide out there. I'd definitely look for one with a lot of goodies on it for a little money. If you are motor swapping in the future, clean body over miles.

I've had two NA Miata's now, and two S2000's, both AP1 and AP2.
The last Miata I had was using a Greddy turbo kit, full suspension, roll cage etc. The car was an absolute blast, but on a spirited drive things got hot very fast, it had a starting issue, etc. I had receipts for too much money, and eventually I was longing to get back into a reliable S2000. People compare them quite frequently, but in my opinion the S2000 and the NA Miata are very different. The Miata really is a lot smaller, louder, rougher. It is a fantastic drive, especially with a small 16G turbo (6psi max, full boost at 2,7K).
I wouldn't go back to a turbo NA Miata again.
If the NA Miata had the F20C engine, well, I would switch back in a heart beat.

When it's done, I'll have one convertible with no torque, and one with plenty of torque. :-)
