Should I Report Accident?
I was stopped behind this girl at a redlight and then she reversed into me.
She said she didn't see me because my car was too low and that she was trying to get out of that particular lane.
I have evidence in text admitting she is at fault.
We exchanged insurance info and number but she pleaded with me not to report
she was genuinely apologetic. I also don't want to deal with the insurance also
The only noticeable damage on my car is the license plate.
a very low speed accident but can other things be damaged as well?
seeking both moral and professional advice lol

Not gonna advise on morals. And since I'm not an attorney, a law enforcement officer, or an insurance representative, my advice isn't "professional" either.

So, based on the info in the link, if the damage is less than $750 and no one was injured or killed, you are not *legally* required to report it. Whether or not that is a good idea is up to you.

Morals are personal but luckily the law is pretty clear in CA anyway so you are okay to not report it. If it doesn't look damaged then it probably isn't, bumpers are meant to take a slow impact without damage, just take a close look at it and then carry on with life.

Should've settled it right then and there with her paying you at least $100 (cash) towards the buffing out process as well as for "pain and suffering"...you know you can't forget the pain and suffering.
