I am trying to find the information that went out for the spark plug recall in 02. Does anyone have a link to an old thread or just any information in general? Thanks in advance.

I typed in "spark plug recall" into the forum search and came up with this:

The "search" is located at the upper right of this page. You can also narrow it down a bit using the adv. search for some things.
Part way through the MY'02, they went to the new plugs with stainless steel crush rings and upped the torque to 18 from 13. Before this, the recall applied. Once the recall was done, the tech would punch a dot over one of the ID numbers on the firewall.

 

Thanks, I did the advanced search, but never noticed that thread. Thanks for your help. I figured it would be in the library under service bulletins, but it wasn't.
