Default Spray paint
Is thier any way I can remove spray paint without damaging the original paint this is going to be my future car it's an si but my friend painted the engine bay with spray paint

Try some graffiti remover, nothing to lose. Depends how well he prepped the surface before

Ok sorry my phone used thier instead of there and he says the car turns off while he is driving for 3 minutes

Why are you buying a car that doesn't reliably run?

I'm curious - can you post more pics of this car? Is the coolant reservoir zip-tied to the car?

It's an engine swapped Civic. Of course there are zip ties.
