Hey guys just wanted to see what you guys think about srt4 and ig you have ran any ? Results? my friend just bought one its bone stock no engine modification what so ever stock turbo and everything and its funny because he tells me hell rape ap2 when i get one just wanted to see what you guys think lol

 

stock for stock, s2k is faster. srt4s make easy power with mods.

 

thanks for replying i know s2ks are not made for drag racing but how many car lenghts u think a2k is ahead racing srt4 stock to stock because i know srt 4 stock are slow as hell

The s2000 is also "slow as hell". Magazine reviews put them neck and neck for acceleration, both about 5.5 to 60 and both about 14 seconds in the quarter mile. It would be a drivers race IMO. If you are buying this car to beat your friends SRT4 in a drag race, you are buying the wrong car.

Used corvettes, Z-cars, Mustangs, Camaros, WRX, EVO, are all much better choices for similar money if going fast in a straight line is a priority.

 

Oh of course not lik i said s2k was not made for drag i just love the looks and handling of an s2k if i wanted speed id get a evo, lol even my mom wants me to get a evo 9 but im too much in love with s2ks to go for a evo

 

Better get in the mindset of not worrying about whats passing you by then. When it was released it was competitive in its market segment but everything else has gotten faster in the last 15 years and the s2000 soldiered on with no increase in power. You will be happy with the S2000 though, its #1 for driving enjoyment in its price range.

 

I just want the s2000 because i loved s2000s for years nothing is going to change that and i know for a fact id get smoke by my cousins who own 370zs and 350zs lol
