Default srt8 jeeps?

I have not seen even one on the road so far. did they actually sell any? Can I get one for $25k yet?

anyone here have one or a friend with one?

Just curious. Seems like something I would like. AWD, seats 4-5 easily, gets as MPG similar to any other SUV (12-15mpg probably), goes like stink, looks pretty decent.

I have seen a couple. Are you sure it's gas mileage is that good? I thought it was getting around 9 in the city. I could be mistaken though.

I've seen one at Home Depot. Looks real mean, however the tail pipes to the exhaust were not alligned, just like a silver one I saw on he freeway. If I wasn't such a interior-snob and spoild by me past Lexus cars, I might have one.

I saw a road test of a SRT8 Charger that said it got single digits in their test. I would imagine that a jeep is heavier and has more drivetrain loss.

I've seen a couple Cherokee SRT8s and a Commander 5.7L Hemi the other day. Cherokee is badass.. if I were into SUVs, thats what I would purchase.

I have only seen a couple. I've seen more of the Chevy Trailblazer SSs though. The Jeep SRT-8 is purely impractical, which is why I think I've seen so few. Also, this is Jeep we're talking about. Not exactly a brand that built its name on racing, so it doesn't surprise me people aren't buying it.

I saw a black Cherokee SRT-8, black the only color it should be, that thing looked mean. Definately worth it imo. Just a bit more than a fully loaded Pilot or 4Runner but alot more fun!

My dad is in love with the Commander, the only car he has been excited about since the mid 90's Landcruiser, hopefully when I get that next promotion I'll get him one.
