Supra, E46 M3, or NSX
Prob has been already asked a million times but hey I'm just curious. Try to exclude the "I need back seats" from the opinion, and also try to refrain from naming cars that are not on my list as this is where I am tossed up.
I wanted a Supra to the past like 8 years; the NSX would turns heads for sure and would be able to stay in the Honda family and the M3 is just straight ballin. Want to hear your guys input.

Coming from an S2000? Do you want to retain any open roof capability? (and how much). E46 could be had as a convertible, and the NSX and Supra are available as a targa.
Honestly, even though you mentioned back seats isn't a factor, that's notable consideration with the E46.
If you're into "turning heads", the Supra would probably work in that capacity as much as an NSX, I think production numbers (and US cars) are about the same. I suspect way more Supras have been modified/maimed. The Supra isn't the most exciting driving dynamic - it's big, heavy and the chassis is loose (especially the targa models). The M3 and NSX are way more engaging to drive - however, they also don't have the incredible JZ motor that can handle massive HP, or even a moderate bump for cheap.
The BMW will likely have the highest potential repair costs - not 100% sure of this vs. the NSX, but the Honda seems to have next to no problems (just based on a couple owned by friends and research on NSX Prime).

For a daily driver, I don't think you can beat the M3... it's a sports car and luxury car all in one.
For tuning purposes I'd probably take the Supra, since it's a popular tuner car with tons of aftermkarket parts.
For a straight sports car or more rare collectible it's NSX all the way.
Honestly they're all great cars. If it were me I'd be more of a toss up between the M3 and the NSX.

NSX isnt exactly cheap maintenance from what I remember reading. Hopefully someone else will chime in on this.
If thats true, it would be a tough choice between the NSX and M3.
The Supra is in an enitrely different league. NSX and M3 are refined, nimble etc.
Supra is fun in its own way I'm sure.
Disclaimer: Haven't driven any of these three
