tail lights?

well im doing a s2000 tail light conversion to my honda but i dont know where each bulb goes the one im comfused is the top white one and the big red one.
what is the big red one for is it for the 2 action bulb or the single one???????
please help me

its 2000 - 2003 i think its the first model ones
