I had a mustang a long time ago.. a 91 drop top v8.. it was a super fun car. Super comfortable on long trips through the mountains. I only sold it because I wanted to get an awd turbo since I was further north at the time. If youve got kids and take long trips I would get it. There is tons of aftermarket support for those cars. some fo the guys around here I ran into road race them with baer brakes and full suspension... there is a fix for any performance issue you might have. Shorter throws, more HP, better brakes, better suspension, stiffer chassis.. So if you dont like it right out of the box you can fix it. I liked mine just fine but, it's just so cheap to add things to the car...I dont even have kids and thought about going back to the only american car I ever owned.. I'll go s2k this time though.

 

I tried the c6 twice and a few things turned me off. One- it looks very plain especially in comparison to the z06, secondly the 40k price tag and most importantly I don't think the Gold Medallion image has gone at all ( call me shallow)

I like the Mustang but I think quality is super suspect.

The boxster s is a big no for me because of my horrible 911 experience.

I think a white S2K is calling my name- but I will take the mustang out for another spin.

Can I get a z4 3.0 for around 30k new. They seem to be discounting them like crazy.

 

What kinda of 911 experience? I never liked boxsters personally.
I know a couple of people that had the z4 the first year and had tons of trouble with it and one got bought back.. maybe thats all straight now? Did you say you drove a 04+ s2k yet? If you dont need the extra seats then get back in an s2k!
