Not only is that time amazing, it's also easy to see why it was so amazing. The GT-R ran an absolutely perfect line, perfect composure.
Clarkson guessed it wouldn't be faster than an SLR around their test track because it was a power track, but even so the GT-R finds itself in the mists of only the most dedicated of track machines and hypercars.

OMG that thing handles like CRAZY!!!
Also what he said about each engine being hand built can give you different performance numbers was quite interesting.
