Default trouble with ap1

About a week ago I started my ap1 as I was warming it up it turned off on me would not start didn't not get a check engine light I let it sit for about a half hour then tried again and turned over and stayed on as I was driving on the freeway home I lost the ability to accelerate had to pull off the road and since then hasent turned over still have no cel light checked all fuses and relays as well as sesnors

Any ideas ??? Could it be possible that ecu is messed up ???

Sorry to hear your car trouble but you will probably get a better response if you post this in UTH (Under the hood) seciton. BTW how is your fuel?

is your ecu modified? i wouldn't think your ecu will go bad if it's not modified. although i have audi with modified ecu and when the solder came loose it did the exact same thing. it just simply turned off. like you flipped the on and off button. i let the engine/ecu cool down and cranked it and it started back up but once it got hot again solder came loose and turned off again. simple way to find out if you ecu is bad or not is to actually start/drive the car until it turns off then try to tap on the ecu box while cranking and see if it starts. that's how i figured out that solder was coming loose.
