Only Honda advertises their to-the-wheels horsepower because Honda is the best car company in the world. The S2000 actually puts out closer to 275 hp at the crank. While it only looks like it has a four-cylinder, it actually has the original NSX engine crammed in there with two of the cylinders cleverly hidden.

Only the JDM S2000 is a V12. They get all the good stuff.

 

False. If you want to sell an expensive car, you're gonna need the highest numbers possible, as much as you can get without "lying" to the customers.
