I don't have one, but there is plenty of discussion about it on VFRD.

It's pricey and has a smallish gas tank for a sport tour. I may consider a used one someday to replace my VFR800.

To me the small tank is a design error for what I imagine is the target market. But it does look (and sits) better in person than the photos show.

That's what I have been hearing too. Can't wait to see one. My only real complaint is the exhaust.

I just bought a new-to-me GEN5.5 which is model years 2000-2001
The new bike, all 1,200cc of it is GEN7
It's safe to say, I'll never buy a GEN7, it's too big for me, and as one who lusted over the VFR for a very long time, when I see the new bike, the last thing it reminds me of it a VFR...

My new toy

We've had a ton of floor traffic looking at ours but nobody has took the plunge and picked one up yet. It's funny to read everyones complaints about the exhaust online as well, because that is the 1st thing people say about it in person as well.

If thats the kind of bike your in the market for, definitely hard to beat. I didnt like it at first but after getting it on the floor, sitting on it, riding etc I wouldnt mind to have one for lolligagging around on. Doesnt feel like a 600lb bike so Honda did well, no way it could replace my CBR but for those loooong trips it'd be a nice toy. Seems to be responding well to little things just like a slipon, so be interesting to see what kind of power they'll squeeze out of it with time.
