Hey, that is the same car that I saw on the road. The video is shot at Subaru Office here in Ann Arbor. My guess is this is heading toward EPA for some testing. It got a test pipe fitted to it. The guy who was driving it won't tell me where it came from. Guess he was showing it off to his friends. Hey, who wouldn't.
