Those turn signals are called semaphore turn signals since they are like flags. I started out with a '63 40 hp beetle in red. I'd love to have the '57 also.
cool- never knew the name for them...

and i agree- wish i could get that car back!!

I loved this car...

1964 Ford Falcon

Mine was a 4-door, maroon, 170 c.i, I6, three-speed manual, or as we called it a three in the tree as the manual shifter was on the column.

Mine was a 4-door but this is the best pic I can find, you get the idea...

Badass! Ever daydream about how nice it would be if you still owned that car today? It would probably be worth $20,000+ even in the rattiest, rusted out condition - At least $50,000+ in decent condition - And $100,000 or more in fully restored condition.

I'd love to have it back. Easy to work on and fun to drive. My family's garage in 1971:

1968 Impala SS427 (Dad)

1970 440 Cuda (me)

1971 455 H.O. Trans Am (Mom)

I'd take any of the three.

Some may laugh, but this is what I had in college, and of all my old cars this is The One I would most like to have back.

1973 AMC Gremlin-X, Levi interior, yellow exterior, 3-speed on the floor, 242 c.i. I6
