Where to look for used bikes?
i'm trying to find a 2000 SV650. I've looked on cycletrader, ebay, and sportbikes.net. what other places should i look at to find the right bike in my area?

If you're willing to pay for shipping the bike to whever you are, the sources you listed are pretty good. You could also surf the online classifieds of some of the bigger city newspapers (NYC, LA, Chicago, Dallas, Miami...)
Have you tried calling the bike shops in your area to see what they have on the floor? This would be safer than hoping the bike you just had shipped isn't a rebuilt basket case.
Just curious, why specifically a 2000 model?

i definitely don't want to pay for shipping, that's why this is slightly hard. there are zillions of used sv650's, just not a whole lot here. It doesn't make sense to pay for shipping. Why 2000? Cuz i'm hoping to pay well less than 4 grand.
