330i for ED invoice + $800. It's a pain to pick it up in Munich, but we can make a vacation out of it.
Engine is not as "good" as the other 2, but you can't beat the handling and the general German feel. Plus, it comes in 6-speed manual (unlike IS350)

I'm tired of the G35, the ED on the BMW seems like a hassle, the A4 is... not bad (expensive German maintenance, same goes for the Bimmer), so by process of elimination, I'd take the IS350... plus, I really like the overall style of the car, and it was very nice to sit in.

I'd pony up another $10k and get a low mileage CPO 5 series. Longer warranty, better car.

Expensive German maintenance? Both the Audi and the BMW include maintenance for the first 4 years and their maintenance contracts can be extended further for a fair price.
My choice still stands though

If you can get a 330i for $30K, I would say go for it. Most 330i's with decent options are closer to $40K than $30K. The new IS 350 is really nice as well, but still closer to $40K.
