Looking to get out of the Integra within the next couple months, and move up to an s2k.

 

I'm terrible with my cars. I flip every year to two years and have taken baths on them more than I'd like to have. So I moved to leasing and in less than 8 months, I will for the first time be even on my trade....

I WISH I could keep my cars for a long time, but they keep getting stolen.

1993 Honda Prelude VTEC - 4 years, then stolen
2000 Honda Prelude VTEC - 3.5 years, then stolen
1992 Nissan Sentra SE-R - 2.5 years so far. Still own. (No one wants to steal it.)
2000 Honda S2000 - 1 year so far. (Should be stolen any day now... )

I'm half a keeper and half flipper. But I'd like to keep my cars 4-6 years or more. Right now I have 4 cars average age almost 4 years.

 

I keep my cars. My Miata is with me since 1996, my 7 was built in 2000, my wife's Subaru is 3 years old. The "newest" car I have is my 1972 Bimmer - it has only been with us for 8 months or so...

I usually have a 2 years on average for bikes however - seem to need to change them more often.
